Raymond Francis Thompson, Sr was born to Ernest
Harold Thompson and Cora May Nason Thompson on 28 October 1903 in Naples, Cumberland, Maine. He died on 9 July
1978 in Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, Clark, Nevada.
He married Martha Lillian Towse on 17 December, 1924 in Woburn, Middlesex,
Massachusetts. who is the daughter of Daniel Murry Towse and Mary Jane
(Marie Jean) Lerette. She was born on 17 November 1905 in Woburn, Middlesex, MA and died in her home in Lacomb,
Lynn, Oregon on 26 October 1974.
Together they had five children, three sons and two daughters. Their sons are named Raymond Francis, Almon Earl and Peter Murray.
Their daughters are Dorothy Ellen and Jane May.
